February is National Heart Health Month! Protect your heart by replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats. Here are four ways to get more heart healthy fats into your daily routine.
- GO FISH!

Good choices include avocado, olive, canola, grapeseed, peanut, safflower, sesame, and sunflower oils.
