Sugar-free Chocolate Peppermint Cream Cheese Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 8-ounce packages reduced-fat cream cheese

  • ½  teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½  teaspoon peppermint extract

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tbsp Stevia Sweetener

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar substitute

  • 3 tbsp coconut flour

  • 1 tbsp butter, melted

  • 2/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

  • 1 cup crushed/chopped red & white sugar-free peppermint candies or candy canes

Instructions

  • Wash hands with warm water and soap.

  • Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips and peppermint candies.

  • Blend the cream cheese and next 7 ingredients using a hand mixer until smooth (about 1-2 minutes).

  • Fold in the chocolate chips

  • Transfer cream cheese mixture to prepared bowl cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 20 minutes to 1 hour.

  • Roll dough into balls. Spread crushed candies evenly on a plate.

  • Gently roll the balls in the crushed candies.

  • Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve immediately after removing from refrigeration.
