
Sugar-free Chocolate Peppermint Cream Cheese Balls
Ingredients
1 8-ounce packages reduced-fat cream cheese
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon peppermint extract
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp Stevia Sweetener
1 tbsp brown sugar substitute
3 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp butter, melted
2/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
1 cup crushed/chopped red & white sugar-free peppermint candies or candy canes
Instructions
Wash hands with warm water and soap.
Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips and peppermint candies.
Blend the cream cheese and next 7 ingredients using a hand mixer until smooth (about 1-2 minutes).
Fold in the chocolate chips
Transfer cream cheese mixture to prepared bowl cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 20 minutes to 1 hour.
Roll dough into balls. Spread crushed candies evenly on a plate.
Gently roll the balls in the crushed candies.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve immediately after removing from refrigeration.
