- 1 pound of okra
- Avocado oil or grapeseed oil (if you have a spray version, even better!)
- Salt pepper to taste
- Optional: chilli powder or cayenne pepper for a kick
Wash and trim the stems of the okra. Pat dry place in bowl. Spray oil or drizzle 2 tsp of oil onto okra. Add spices and toss in bowl until evenly coated. Place okra on grill. Be carful to lay okra perpendicular to the grill grates. Grill on each side 4-5 min until tender and the okra has a little char on the skin.
