It can be difficult to find great snack options that are low in calories, sugar, and fat while out and about. It's best to pack some snacks in your purse or backpack in case you get hungry or have gone too long in-between meals. Some tasty options include:

  • Protein powder or protein shakes
  • A small apple
  • Nuts
  • Protein Bars ex:Think thin, One, Premier protein, Pure protein, Quest, or Built
  • Turkey jerky
  • A packet of nut butter
  • High fiber/high protein bars ex: Nature Valley protein bar or Fiber one protein bar
  • Even water additives- Crystal light, True Lemon, Mio, Liquid IV
