Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups Revamped

Ingredients:

Servings- 14 (2 inch) hearts

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 cup low-sugar chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp coconut oil


  • Flakey Sea Salt (optional)

Directions:


  1. Wash hands with warm water and soap.

  2. Mix together peanut butter and protein powder in a bowl and mix well. Adjust the protein powder as needed until a dough like consistency is formed.

  3. Roll into a ball and place on a parchment paper lined tray and slightly flatten. Set in the freezer 30 min

  4. Using a cookie cutter, cut out mini hearts Set back in the freezer for 30 min

Melt chocolate chips + coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between each. Dip each heart into melted chocolate, top with flakey sea salt, optional, and place back in the freezer to set. Enjoy!
